I've spent 15+ years shipping games - RPGs, live service titles, narrative experiments. I've built retention systems and progression loops that kept millions of players engaged. I know how to make systems work at scale.
These days I'm focused on my own projects and taking on select work for teams making narrative-driven, systems-rich games - the kinds of experiences that got me into this industry in the first place.
