The Challenge
Needed to ship globally within 3 months while building engagement systems that would retain players long-term. Quick iteration and player testing were the most important practices in development.

- Prototyped metagame systems during early development
- Led UI/UX design and implementation in Unity
- Directed engagement and progression systems
- Oversaw product strategy from soft launch through global release
